Built in 1967, this home was a true time capsule when purchased in 2024 – still showcasing its original finishes from the day it was constructed. Bartow Builders transformed it with a full-scale renovation, breathing new life into every corner while honoring its mid-century roots.
The original walnut-plugged hardwood floors were restored and thoughtfully blended with new LVP flooring for a cohesive look. A highlight of the project was reviving the backyard’s dilapidated in ground pool—now fully restored and complemented by a new fence and outdoor turf, creating a private outdoor retreat Exterior upgrades include new Andersen windows, LP SmartSide siding, and a brand-new driveway.
