Reviving an old industrial building in downtown Manitowoc which dates back to the 1850s and once was the Hansen Wagon Wheel Store, Heiden, Kerscher, Mirro distribution, and Rudy Rotter Art. We repurposed this portion of the building into a beautiful condo overlooking Manitowoc’s beautiful downtown. We salvaged the original metals ceilings, and the old flooring. We worked with the customer to repurpose this into a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo with a modern charm along with a roof top balcony. We also repurposed an old industrial table for their dining room table.
The Team at Mike Howe Builders would Like to recognize the hard work of the employees and
Subcontractors for another year of excellence that they provide to keep our customers happy. Without their drive and passion for the industry we wouldn’t be able to showcase our workmanship. Additionally, we also would like to thank the homeowners for allowing us to open their homes for everyone. We continue to take on more projects in the city as we have seen tremendous growth and opportunity and we enjoy being active in our community.
