• Cannot be a recipient in the last three years
• Must be a member in good standing
• Only accomplishments from this year may be considered

Company *

Associate Spirit 30%: Faithfulness to principles, laws and regulations of the association and its code of ethics. Encourages good, professional standards among other members. Spends time promoting MCHBA and the industry. Recruits new members. *

Active in MCHBA 50%: Participates in MCHBA committee work, special projects, seminars, and events. *

Active in WBA/NAHB 10%: Participates on committees, special projects, seminars, and educational programs. *

Other 10%: Leadership skills and accomplishments. *
